Cassidy's Young Model shoot 2022

Occasionally all elements line up to make the perfect photo. Well, this was almost that! The only “off” element was the COLD weather but other than that, it was truly a magical day. I have to start by saying how much I love this family! Every time we get together, it is just so much fun. Well, this day was no different. It started EARLY with Lisa and Cassidy getting up WAY before the sun to do hair and makeup, and then we met to ride into DC together at about 4:45am!! Dedication, I know. It’s always SO worth it thought to be at the cherry blossoms before the thousands of people, and get to pick our favorite spots and be ready to capture the gorgeous sunrise, with gorgeous Cassidy in a gorgeous cherry blossom gown!! What more could you want! Here are just a few from her magical shoot . . Oh, and we finished the shoot with cherry blossom homemade pop tarts and breakfast at Ted Bulletins!! Amazing day together!!

Cherry Blossoms in DC!!

One of my gorgeous Senior Models, Morgan Coffey, decided to get up early (4am to be exact) and head down to DC to shoot with me at the Peak Cherry Blossoms around the Tidal Basin in DC!! Her Mother, Lisa Coffey is to thank for the gorgeous makeup on her beautiful girl! Love them both and what a fun day we had! Also, special thanks to my friend Gail and Little sis Cassady for being such fabulous dress throwers!!

Engagement Photo shoot with Bryan & Elizabeth!!

Loved meeting my new engagement couple who came all the way from North Carolina to be photographed by me in the Cherry Blossoms of D.C.  Little did they know what a journey that would be!! Lol.  Probably the busiest weekend of the year in D.C. and traffic (both car and pedestrian) was at an all time high!!  However, after having to come up with Plan B, and then Plan C, we finally were able to meet and get the photos they were wanting.  I think all things work the way they are supposed to and all the effort paid off!  There are so many of their photos that I just LOVE and I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites . . So, it's an extra lengthy sneak peek! What I loved about these two was their sweet attitude in spite of the difficulties! They will have a wonderful relationship in life if they hang onto that ability! What a sweet connection they had together as well.  I truly was sad to say good bye to them after the shoot was over because I felt like I had just made two great friends.  Best of luck to you two!
